Peer review for Pod 6

Today’s society is so often referred to as a stressful society, and many people are more or less stressed. Stress, especially in business and the workplace, can easily lead to mental and physical problems. Therefore, the topic chosen by your group is very much in line with today’s needs. It is also a good idea to teach a class on how to cope with stress.

Learning Outcomes:

I think that if you are going to teach stress management as a course, you should clearly state the Learning Outcomes. I understand from this draft that you want students to learn how to cope with stress, but I think it would be easier for them to understand if they are broken down and clearly stated as goals.

Course structure:

The way this course is structured is easy to understand, from the knowledge of stress to the experiences, and how to deal with it. However, I think a Google doc would be difficult to follow as a course and would directly affect student motivation. I think your group could use a tool such as Notion to summarize and make the class easy to understand which would increase student involvement.

Activitity:

It was great to see many types of activities and exercises to relieve stress and stress in emergency situations. It is also a good environment for learners to get feedback based on practical activities.

Learning theory:

The Learning theory for this course was not stated. It also did not specify the age range of the course audience. The age of the learners and the topic are important in choosing the learning theory.

Technology choice rational

I could not find any technology to utilize and why you chose it. I think you need some kind of technology tool to create a concept map, so please look for one, as there are many free ones available on the Internet.

Interactivity:

Your group’s assessment plan uses concept mapping as a type of interactive activity. The concept maps are a great way to make sure that students really understand what is being taught and fit in with the stress management topic. I think we could improve learner engagement if there were not only concept maps, but also student-student interactive using self-reflection blogs, gamification, and others.

Thank you very much for your draft. I liked the stress management topic and it is very helpful in my work. I look forward to seeing the final version of the interactive learning resources.
